Using Focusly

Focusly is provided for personal productivity and time-management purposes. You must use the app lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse it.

Your data

You are responsible for the tasks and other content you enter. Focusly stores this information locally and offers in-app controls to reset it.

No professional advice

Focusly is a productivity tool. It does not provide medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on for safety-critical timing.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued.

Focusly Pro subscriptions

Free access includes unlimited 15- and 25-minute focus sessions, up to two active tasks, Rainy Library or silence, and Day and Week insights. Optional monthly or yearly Pro subscriptions unlock longer and custom timers, unlimited active tasks, completion notifications, the complete ambient sound library, sound mixing and saved mixes, Month insights and comparisons, and five alternate app icons. The price, billing period, and any eligible trial are displayed before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. A trial converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before it ends. Deleting or resetting Focusly does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases in Profile using the same Apple Account.

Apple terms

Your download and use of Focusly are also subject to Apple’s App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
