Timer or notification issue

• Confirm notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Focusly.
• Keep Low Power Mode and Focus mode behavior in mind.
• Restart Focusly and begin a new session.

Restore or manage Pro

In Focusly, open Profile and choose Restore purchases with the same Apple Account used to subscribe. Manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Widgets, Action Button, and Back Tap

Add Focusly widgets from your Home Screen widget gallery. In Shortcuts, create a shortcut using Focusly’s Start / Pause Focus action. Assign it in iPhone Settings → Action Button → Shortcut, or Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap → Double Tap. Action Button requires a supported iPhone. These controls start, pause, or resume the current timer.

Reset data

Reset focus data in Profile clears your local tasks, session history, and preferences. It does not cancel your Apple subscription.
